Jerry R. O'Conor:

O'Conor & Co., LLC, was formed by Jerry O'Conor, formerly a partner at Venable LLP, a law firm that is more than a century old and among The American Lawyer's top 100 firms. He represents clients in routine and complex business and real estate matters. He concentrates on the structuring, negotiation and documentation of business and real estate matters. Jerry also has experience in restructuring troubled real estate debt and in resolving environmental problems in real estate transactions. He works on a wide range of projects and properties, including land development assemblages, office buildings, business parks, shopping centers, condominiums, hotels, warehouses, marinas, parking structures, residential developments, and mixed-use projects. Jerry has represented virtually every participant in the real estate process and has authored numerous articles on business, real estate and environmental topics that have appeared in a variety of industry publications. Jerry is admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia. |
