Jerry is the past Chair of the Real Estate Law Section of the Bar Association of Montgomery County, Maryland. He is a member of the Real Estate, Housing and Land Use Section of the District of Columbia Bar, the Section of Real Property, Planning and Zoning of the Maryland State Bar Association, the Real Estate Section of the Virginia Bar Association, and the Real Property Section of the American Bar Association. Jerry co-chaired a subcommittee of the Project on Legal Opinions in Commercial Real Estate Transactions of the District of Columbia Bar Association's Real Property Section. Jerry has participated in the mentoring programs for law students and lawyers recently admitted to the Bar offered by the Maryland State Bar Association and the Bar Association of Montgomery County.

| Marian is a member of the Maryland State Bar and the District of Columbia Bar. In addition to her work for O'Conor & Co., LLC, she serves as Assistant General Counsel and Chief Tax Counsel at Enterprise Community Investment, Inc. She is a frequent speaker at Enterprise-sponsored events and has participated as a panelist at a number of professional and industry forums, including the American Bar Association's Forum On Affordable Housing And Community Development Law conference in Washington, D.C. |
